WELCOME

Below, we have a list of questions that we are asked frequently. We trust that you will find the answers that you need. Should you still need clarity, please do not hesitate to make contact with us.

You can contact us between 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday and 09:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays, public holidays excluded. You can also send us a message on our Facebook page (PerfectTech) or email us at admin@perfectetch.co.za and we will reply within two hours if you email us before 17:00pm.

Yes we do and we are proud of it. Spares are an ongoing process but it forms part of our company policy to hold spares in our warehouse. Sometimes it’s not always possible but we improve our parts range monthly as we learn more.

The major point to remember is that we don’t accept used and opened items for return. Unused items will be accepted provided they are still in their original packaging and all products included.

Yes, we have an admin and support office in Ferndale Randburg and our bulk mega warehouse is at Strijdom Park, Randburg, South Africa.

Apart from having available staff on standby to help, our YouTube channel, Tik Tok, WhatsApp lines and out-of-box-videos have started. Our YouTube studio is currently being built. When finished in March 2022, going forward, our videos will be produced every other day.
